- “Many thanks for your help. It's extremely helpful that Prolam bracing posts are available and that I can do the calcs myself. All the best.”
"Hi Reuben, appreciate your cooperation and help on this. As you have seen thus far with a lot of orders lately, we have been supporting Prowood 100% and a big part of the reason is you and your staffs very good communication, especially Justine and Ebony are huge to the smoothness and ease of our flow of resolutions and business from order to supply."
“This building was very interesting to build. With no steel structure it went together very quickly and would definitely build another building using Prowood structure.”
"I use your products a lot. So far I have no problems. I find the Specifier easy to use and being able to get a PS1 certificate for the products is great"
“We like using Prolam for more strength as the product doesn’t bend, twist or warp. Its easy to use in manufacturing, easy to cut and easy to mark. Prolam is a great product to use for feature trusses inside and out”
“Prolam was great to work with. Consistent quality and the product being straight we had no wastage which is big plus. The turnaround time from the order being placed to the time the order was delivered was also very good"
First off - this is our first time using your Prolam Specifier Program. So far we are really pleased at the ability to specify structural elements outside of 3604. For small residential jobs this is amazing because it means we do not always have to get a structural engineer on board!
"The Post stand has offered a greater opportunity for customers to see what products we have on offer or can offer with the Prolam guide attached. Our sales have gradually increased, due to the stock being visible, and we have been able to stock a higher number of posts and due to the stand being structurally strong, we are now looking at increasing the range of products being held. The Stand itself is pleasing to the eye and is well designed. I would encourage other stores to hold one if they have a market to justify it."
