Genius Kids Early Childhood Educational Centre is situated in New Lynn, Auckland. The brief for LifeStyle Architectural Services was to create a contemporary facility with functional indoor and outdoor spaces for children, plenty of natural light and ventilation for quality learning outcomes, along with a dedicated break out space for staff. 

The building forms are strong allowing the façade to engage with the street, the upper level cantilevering to form a covered entry.  A very balanced elevation in texture offers great color contrast. Prolam products came in handy for this type of structure.

Sustainable materials and products either in their manufacture, reuse or maintenance costs have been used. This is a well-appointed and thought-out facility that met the clients brief in every aspect.
